Duties Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles and related documentation with meticulous attention to detail Verify accuracy of title information against loan documents and contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Assist loan officers with title processing during loan origination, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met Maintain organized records of all title transactions, including inbound and outbound documentation Collaborate with finance teams to ensure titles are correctly transferred and recorded in financial software systems Conduct basic math calculations to verify figures on contracts and titles, supporting accurate data entry Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data input and record keeping Qualifications Prior experience in loan processing or title management within financial services or automotive industries preferred Knowledge of loan origination processes, contracts, and relevant regulations such as TILA Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in financial software applications used for title and loan processing Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently Demonstrated proficiency in 10-key typing for quick data entry Excellent communication skills to coordinate with loan officers, customers, and internal teams Join us as a Title Clerk and be part of a dedicated team that values precision, efficiency, and exceptional service.
