Registry Specialist / Office Clerk - Dealership

Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores is seeking a motivated Registry Specialist / Office Clerk to join our growing team! Temporary and Permanent positions available. The Registry Specialist ensures smooth and accurate processing of vehicle registrations and titling.

Core job responsibilities include:

Verifies and prepares all required documents for vehicle registration. Ensures compliance with all state Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) rules. Faxes documents to corresponding insurance companies for stamping. Processes registrations and makes copies of completed paperwork. Prepares documents from the previous day for submission to the RMV for titling. Organizes and files all required documents in each deal folder. Maintains inventory of license plates, registration cards, and plate stickers. Serves as a backup receptionist, answering a multi-line phone system as needed.
