Job Description

We are seeking a clerk for our high-volume, fast-paced dealership. We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our outstanding team of professionals.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all necessary documents are included in each vehicle deal. Breaking down and posting deals to accounting. Stocking in vehicles accurately. Assisting with swaps and trades. Completing wholesale posting and billing. Securely handling vehicle titles and certificates of origin. Various other office duties consistent with this position. Posting dealer swaps and wholesales to auctions. Requesting floorplan funding on eligible inventory units. Processing titles and resolves any titling issues with the responsible managers Wholesale posting and billing. Securely handling vehicle titles and certificates of origin. Various other office duties consistent with this position Qualifications Verifiable track record and experience in a similar position at an auto dealership CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds experience very helpful MA Certified Registration processor Background check and pre-employment screening Strong organization skills Ability to multi-task
