Job Description
Full time and part time available, flexible schedule, paid holidays•, vacation time• This applicant is responsible for processing vehicle title & registration requests in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction following the guidelines of the state agency. In addition, some responsibilities include answering customer inquiries in person, by email or telephone in a professional, customer focused manner, troubleshooting and problem solving to specific titles. QuickBooks experience is preferred. Job requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous title clerk experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Effective written and communication skills An ability to work at a high performance, fast-paced team environment. Preferred experience with Microsoft products and QuickBooks Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
