Automotive billing clerk & Title Clerk

We are seeking an automotive billing clerk & title clerk to become an integral part of our growing team. We are looking for an energetic and hardworking individuals. We provide comprehensive training to our staff so you can feel confident making the change!

Key Responsibilities:

Process retail and wholesale purchases Reconcile accounting schedules Assist in Month-end closing Maintain sales and document tracking spreadsheets Prepare and submit out of state title work via title services Process paperwork in a timely manner Maintain a complete list of outstanding title work Perform other accounting functions as requested

Qualifications:

Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Highly professional and dependable Strong organizational and time management skills Neat, clean, and professional appearance Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook •Pre-employment drug screening required Compensation depends on experience level
