The Title Clerk is responsible for searching and processing vehicle titles accurately and efficiently and in accordance with company and state agency requirements. About the team - Yard Operations We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction - from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives. Responsible for processing vehicle titles accurately and efficiently and in accordance with company and state agency requirements Collect, review and process titles and/or Bill of Sales and Power of Attorneys for assets that transact on the company marketplaces (standard, salvage, rebuilt, etc.). Perform lien/UCC searches for assets listed on the company marketplaces to ensure clean and proper transfer of ownership and required payoffs to potential lenders or third parties. Handle administrative office functions such as data entry, the title track, word processing, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, etc. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
