Office Assistant TNT-Fast Finance Flint, MI Job Details 2 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Position Summary The Title Clerk & BDC Representative plays a key role in supporting dealership operations by handling vehicle title processing, registration paperwork, customer communications, appointment scheduling, and lead management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Title Clerk Responsibilities Process vehicle title work accurately and timely in accordance with state and federal regulations. Prepare and submit title applications, registrations, transfers, and related documentation. Verify accuracy of purchase agreements, title paperwork, odometer statements, and supporting documents. Track outstanding titles and follow up on missing documentation. Maintain organized title files and records. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state regulations. Resolve title discrepancies and assist with corrections when necessary. BDC Representative Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, internet leads, text messages. Schedule sales appointments. Follow up with customers. Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system. Conduct outbound calls to previous customers, unsold leads. Confirm appointments and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Assist in generating and nurturing leads to increase dealership traffic and sales opportunities. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly contact and appointment goals.
