We're Hiring:

Title Clearance Specialist / Pre-Processor Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in reviewing title? Vital Title is looking to hire a full-time experienced Title Clearance Specialist/ Pre-Processor to join our team! At Vital Title, we pride ourselves on providing boutique, white-glove service to our customers. As a family-owned title agency, we treat our staff, customers, and affiliates as family too.

What You'll Do:

Review title commitments and identify requirements Clear liens, judgments, and encumbrances Order and review payoffs, discharges, and HOA documents Verify ownership, vesting, and legal descriptions Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and underwriters Prepare files to ensure they are clear and ready for the escrow officer to complete the file

What We're Looking For:

Previous title processing or clearance experience required (1 year) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Excellent communication skills Knowledge of title software and standard title procedures
