Hiring:
Entry-Level Title Researcher Job Overview EUP Title Agency is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Title Researcher to join our team. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry. We will fully train you to conduct chain of title research, identify property records, and prepare title commitments.

Key Responsibilities Training :
Learn to read legal descriptions, deeds, liens, and mortgages.
Research :
Assist with basic chain of title searches using databases.
Evaluation :
Learn to identify property defects, judgments, and risks.
Documentation :
Draft initial title opinions and property reports under supervision.
Communication :
Collaborate with senior examiners to resolve title issues.
Qualifications & Skills Education :
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience :
No previous title experience required; retail, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech :
General computer proficiency and comfort learning new software.
Licensing :
