Job Description

DM Motors is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated office assistant/title clerk to join our growing dealership team. We are looking for someone with dealership, title, banking, or Secretary of State experience preferred. Social Media is a plus
Responsibilities:
Processing vehicle titles and paperwork Working with banks and lenders Customer communication Filing and organizing deal jackets Answering phones and assisting customers Data entry and computer work Assisting with general dealership office tasks
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership or title experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Detail-oriented and organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and dependable
