Job Description

Heidebreicht Chevrolet is seeking a Title Clerk / Biller to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely processing of deals and compliance with state regulations. This position is part of a collaborative 2-person billing team, and we are willing to train the right candidate who is positive, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Duties Ensure all deal documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant Prepare title work in accordance with each state's requirements Plate/Register vehicles at the time of delivery Pay off vehicle liens in a timely manner Maintain the dealership police book Scan and upload deal jackets into the DMS Work closely with Sales and F&I to resolve deal issues Assist with month-end deadlines and processing Report deliveries Skills & Qualifications Prior dealership title/billing experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Effective communication and teamwork mindset Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and accountability The Perks Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Profit Sharing Employee discounts on vehicle sales and service Stable, long-term team environment Growth opportunities within the dealership Supportive leadership and team collaboration Why Join Heidebreicht Chevrolet?
