Job Description

Job Description As a Processing Coordinator for Security Title, a Division of Fidelity National Financial, you will take a real estate title file from the moment the order is opened all the way to "ready to close." Once a property goes under contract, you receive the contract and begin all early processing steps to prepare the file for the escrow and title teams. Your work is highly task‑oriented and software‑driven. You'll handle pre‑typing, data entry, clearing title issues, ordering payoffs, gathering required documents, and preparing title policies for buyers and lenders. You'll communicate with agents, lenders, and internal staff while managing multiple digital workflows across several screens. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping transactions moving efficiently.
