Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles and registrations
- Submit DMV paperwork accurately and timely
- Handle title transfers, lien releases, and payoffs
- Process out-of-state transactions
- Maintain title inventory and deal jackets
- Ensure compliance with North Carolina DMV requirements
- Work with lenders and customers to resolve title issues
- Assist with dealership administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Automotive title clerk experience preferred
- Knowledge of North Carolina DMV procedures
- Experience with Dealertrack or similar dealership software preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
