Job Description
Capital Auto Auction is looking for a title clerk. Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Process documents for state registration, follow the proper procedure, and ensure title documents are completed.
- Check for completeness and signature on all required parts of forms during vehicle check-in process.
- Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating for difficult or upset customers.
- Answer phones and provide information for customers.
- Scheduling and confirming information for vehicle pickups.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized
- Willingness to take initiative
- Ability to multitask
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Willing to train the right person
