Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle registration, title processing, and licensing documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations. Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales, trade-ins, and inventory updates using dealership management software. Support sales staff by preparing paperwork, verifying customer information, and coordinating delivery schedules. Manage inventory control by tracking vehicle movements, updating stock levels, and conducting regular audits. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate outbound sales efforts, including follow-up calls and lead management to grow the sales pipeline. Handle cashiering duties such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash registers at the end of shifts. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing vehicle records and inventory. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities to engage customers confidently. Experience in automotive repair or dealership operations is highly desirable for understanding vehicle processes. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Proven ability in retail sales, retail math, and high-end sales environments to maximize revenue opportunities. Familiarity with automotive dealership software systems and inventory management tools. Demonstrated administrative experience with proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing.
