Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Title Clerk - Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role combines front-desk reception duties with administrative responsibilities related to vehicle titles and dealership operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will create a welcoming environment while efficiently managing title processing, inventory control, and customer service tasks. Your proactive communication skills and organizational expertise will drive smooth daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Manage title documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements, including title transfers, registrations, and lien processing. Assist in retail sales activities by supporting sales management efforts and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Support inventory management and control processes for vehicle parts and dealership assets. Handle cashiering duties related to customer payments, including processing transactions accurately using retail math principles. Maintain organized records of all title transactions, customer interactions, and administrative documents to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Proven experience in dealership environments or automotive repair settings is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Prior experience with retail sales, inventory management, or automotive titles is advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, and data entry. Outbound sales experience or familiarity with sales pipeline management will be considered a plus. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
