Job Description

Job Summary Title Partners, LLC is seeking to fill an immediate Settlement Officer position. Looking for an experienced self-starter to work in a fast paced environment. We offer a competitive salary and benefits with room to grow. Candidate must have a least 2 years of title insurance experience and hold an active NJ Title Insurance Producers License.
Responsibilities will include:
Order Entry into SoftPro Software. Order title/tax searches through third party vendors. Answering phones and emails. Working directly with realtors and lenders to coordinate closings. Review of all documents related to the closing process, including but not limited to the lender's closing instructions, title commitment, Affidavits of Title, Deeds and Mortgages Title Clearance Review of Closing Disclosure Preparation of ALTA Settlement Statements Processing documents for recordation Qualifications should include closing experience, professional demeanor, strong customer service skills and the ability to organize yourself and your workflow so as to complete tasks in a timely manner.
