We are currently seeking an experienced Title Specialist to assist in the firm's operations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and experience in closings, title products and searches, and reviewing chain of title and title problem resolution. Exposure to the foreclosure process a plus. This candidate must also possess the skills necessary for reviewing judgments and liens, as well as loan documents, mortgages, and assignments of mortgages.
