Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Title Clerk / Office Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our dealership or retail environment, supporting sales activities, inventory management, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Your energy and enthusiasm will help drive our success as you assist with title processing, office administration, and customer interactions. Responsibilities Manage title documentation, vehicle registration paperwork, and ensure accurate record keeping for all transactions Assist with inventory control and management, including tracking vehicle parts and accessories Support sales team with outbound sales efforts, including follow-up calls and lead generation to build the sales pipeline Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the sales process Handle cashiering duties such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash registers with precision Maintain organized office files, update databases, and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members when necessary Qualifications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and inventory management Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish or other languages) is a significant advantage for engaging a diverse customer base Knowledge of automotive industry practices such as high-end sales, retail math, and inventory control enhances your effectiveness in this role Administrative experience combined with strong organizational skills ensures smooth daily operations Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
