We are a high-volume Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities Process vehicle deals accurately and efficiently Submit and track vehicle registrations and title work Verify deal paperwork for completeness and compliance Prepare funding packages and work with lending institutions Process aftermarket product cancellations and refunds Maintain records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Reconcile schedules and assist with accounting functions as needed Communicate effectively with sales, finance, accounting, and management teams Handle dealer trades and related documentation Qualifications Previous automotive billing and/or title experience preferred Knowledge of New Jersey title and registration procedures preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus Professional attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Health benefits available Paid vacation and holidays Stable employment with a growing dealership Positive team-oriented work environment Join Our Team If you are looking for an opportunity with a busy and successful dealership where your contributions are valued, we would love to hear from you.
