CLERK/ Accounting Office Middletown, NY Description of the
Role:
Friendly Acura of Middletown is seeking a
DMV TITLE
CLERK/ Accounting Office personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently. Current knowledge of NYS DMV systems (Verifi) and regulations & Automate DMS experience a big plus, but not required. Salary based on level of experience, willing to train the right person
Primary Responsibilities:
Process all vehicle title paperwork in compliance with state regulations Verify and maintain accurate records of vehicle titles Communicate with customers regarding title transactions Inventory control
Vehicle Accounting Requirements:
Friendly outgoing personality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities
