Job Description

TITLE CLERK WITHOUT THE STRESS OF WORKING AT A DEALERSHIP!
!!!! We are a family owned, privatized DMV in Rockland County that allows customers to register their vehicles without having to go to the DMV. We have been in operation for 25 years, and our customers LOVE us, as well as our employees.
APPLICANT MUST BE VERY FAMILIAR WITH NEW YORK DMV PAPERWORK!
!! This position is responsible for performing all tasks related to titling functions. General administrative functions, such as answering phones and assisting with special projects and other duties may be required. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Processing title work per state requirements Editing paperwork sent by dealerships Processing dealership paperwork on our DMV computers Helping walk in customers with registration needs Answering phone calls regarding various DMV questions

REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
To perform the job successfully. An individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Analytical skills Ability to handle and keep confidential personally identifiable information
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school education or its equivalent. English reading, writing, and basic math skills. Valid NY drivers license or NY identification card. Candidates must have minimum of 2-3 years of dealership title clerk or DMV clerk experience. Required sensory abilities include hearing, sight, and speech.
