Prepare title and registration documents accurately and in a timely manner Prepare out-of-state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary Issue customer refunds Schedule reconciliation Perform other duties as requested to assure optimum service levels Qualifications/Requirements

DMV Title Clerk:

Prior knowledge in DMV and Titling procedures for New York required Titling and/or Automotive Billing experience at a Car Dealership required Excellent customer service Experience with accounting software and other account functions is a PLUS! Organizational and phone skills are required The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Be a team-player Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks Please upload your resume.
