Title Insurance Professional

Overview We are a title company seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional with New York title insurance experience to join our team. Duties Order title searches, continuations, and municipal searches Compile and prepare title reports Review and clear title issues (liens, judgments, etc.) prior to closing Communicate with attorneys to move files to clear-to-close Review transfer documents, including Acris and e-recordings Prepare closing packages and coordinate closings Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant prior to closing Handle post-closing tasks including recording and disbursements Maintain files and track status through closing Requirements Prior experience working with New York title insurance (A MUST) Strong understanding of NY title procedures and documentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor capable of communicating complex information clearly.
