Woodside, NY 11377 Position Summary The Automotive DMV Title Clerk will be responsible for preparing legal vehicle transfer documents, verifying trade-in payoffs, and maintaining accurate title records in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicles requirements. Essential Duties Process used vehicle titles following wholesale auction transactions. Prepare trade jackets and documentation for used vehicles. Track titles in transit and perform timely follow-up. Communicate with banks to obtain lien releases. Prepare vehicle transaction documents for scanning and record retention. Provide additional administrative support as required. Authorization to work in the United States. Valid driver's license.
