Previous automotive experience is required & preferred for the Title Clerk position. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 year of previous Title Clerk experience with a Focus and Understanding of Out of State Transaction s. Previous use of Reynolds software is a plus. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, positive attitude, strong communication skills, be highly organized and knowledgeable in title laws. Pay is based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Prepare tax and title documents + Submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV(s) + Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department + Match MSO to title paperwork to submit to DMV(s) + Prepare and post checks in Reynolds & Reynolds accounting system + Receive plates from DMV and expedite to dealerships/customers + Compile weekly title in transit report in Microsoft Excel + Light accounting- balancing accounts + Ability to grow within the position and organization Full time, benefit-eligible position
