We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team and help ensure smooth and accurate processing of vehicle titles and related documentation. What You'll Do As a Title Clerk, you'll work in our office and provide essential support to the sales and finance teams by managing all aspects of title documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing trade vehicle packets and completing title assignments. Ensuring all required documents are collected and accurate. Preparing liens for financed purchases and managing related paperwork. Reviewing completed title documents for compliance before release. Communicating with lien holders, tag agencies, and customers to resolve title issues. Maintaining accurate records in Microsoft Excel for title tracking and trade packets. Handling financial transactions such as checks for title applications, vehicle purchases, and trade payoffs. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners via phone, email, and mail.

What We're Looking For Education:

Associate's degree preferred.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Experience:

Previous title clerk or administrative experience preferred. Comfortable working with tag agencies and lien holders through various communication channels. Why Join Wilson Auto Family?

$17 -$19 based on experience.
