L0238 Driveway Finance Corporation DFC Title Administrator I The DFC Title Administrator I is responsible for all aspects of missing and incoming titles, and title maintenance, as it pertains to Driveway Finance Corporation. The DFC Title Administrator I reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor. Responsibilities Monitor funded loans and communicate with Lithia dealerships to obtain status updates on outstanding titles Actively proof seek lien perfection and secure vehicle titles Maintain positive and professional communications with customers, DMV, and dealership personnel Accurately log and process all incoming electronic and paper titles File paper titles correctly in fire safes Communicate title errors to dealership and coordinate correction of title Work with state DMVs to obtain replacements for lost or damaged titles Fulfill requests for title copy and assist customers in state-to-state title transfer process Accurately document all actions and communications pertaining to the vehicle title in loan management system Title audits, projects, and other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.) Previous experience in office/administration, customer service, or auto title/DMV related work preferred Competencies Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change Self-motivates, manages time and workload, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Pay $18
