Job Description:

A growing multi-location trailer and RV dealer, Best Choice Trailers is currently seeking an experienced Salesperson/ Title Clerk to join our team in our Evans City location! Sales and title work experience is a benefit but not required. In this position, you will play a vital role by assisting customers with trailer sales, performing title work and registration procedures, as well as assisting with daily office operations. Basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office understanding is needed. We are looking for a "Swiss Army Knife" type of person that can handle multiple tasks. We are looking for someone to fill a full time job position, being split into a part time trailer salesperson and a part time title clerk for our dealership. We are seeking someone with a high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to thrive in a face-paced, multi-faceted work environment to join our team. Our sales representatives sell various types of trailers (utility/landscape, hydraulic dump, landscape, deckover flatbed, enclosed cargo, etc). Experience towing, repairing, or selling trailers is a plus, but not required. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized salesperson to provide the necessary support to the sales team.

Job Functions:

Prepare and process vehicle title and registration paperwork in accordance with the PA Department of Transportation, notarize title documents, and assisting with license plate orders, trade ins, and keeping everything up to the PennDOT code. We use the online processing system, CVR. Assist our Marketing Department with taking photos of units and online advertising. Miscellaneous office help.

Salesperson duties include:

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all trailers, accessories, financing options, and promotions Facilitates delivery by providing a clear explanation of trailer features, operation, warranty, and service requirements Completes sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion Communicate trailer selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services to the customer

Primary Responsibility:

Sale of whole goods to customers and provide excellent customer service. Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store, help them with their specific needs, and direct customers to products that meet their needs. Follow up on new leads and referrals We will train the right candidate for the position.

Requirements:

Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check, in order to obtain a PA sales license and notary license. Drug screening may be required. Prior Title Clerk experience is a plus; we are willing to train in this area if the ideal candidate fills and meets other requirements. Must be bond-worthy and able to pass PennDOT Certified Deal Agent Services Training and pass PA Notary Exam, if selected. Work Remotely - No Hours are M-F 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm. Saturday hours are required , and you will get a day off during the week instead. Health insurance is available after a 90 day waiting period.

$50,000 - $80,000 annually. Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications.
