Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Title Clerk to join our office team. In this vital role, you will manage a variety of accounting functions, including processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will support the organization's financial integrity, streamline bookkeeping processes, and facilitate smooth title management operations. Duties Perform data entry for accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions using dealership accounting software.. Conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to verify financial data integrity and identify discrepancies. Process title documentation accurately while maintaining detailed records for each transaction in accordance with company policies. Skills Strong knowledge of accounting concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation. Ability to perform detailed data entry with high accuracy. Understanding of corporate accounting standards Excellent math skills combined with strong analytical abilities for account analysis and credit assessment.
