Job Description

Job Summary seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Title & Tag Specialist / Notary Public to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers with vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, notary services, and other PennDOT-related transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Previous title and tag experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, renewals, and license plate transactions. Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and compliance with PennDOT regulations. Perform notarial acts in accordance with Pennsylvania notary laws. Assist customers with registration, title, and licensing questions. Maintain accurate records and transaction files. Handle customer payments and issue receipts. Communicate with PennDOT, dealerships, insurance companies, and financial institutions as needed. Stay current on PennDOT procedures, forms, and regulatory changes. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Pennsylvania Notary Public commission preferred or willingness to obtain. Previous title & tag, dealership, DMV, banking, insurance, or administrative experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and office software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
