  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Job Summary Processes and manages vehicle title and registration paperwork in accordance with PennDOT regulations.
Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance for all transactions related to vehicle ownership.

00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in automotive, clerical, or administrative roles (preferred) Familiarity with PennDOT title and registration procedures (strongly preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (dealership software, DMV systems) Ability to handle confidential documents Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit vehicle title and registration documents Process title transfers for new, used, and leased vehicles Verify accuracy of legal documents (titles, liens, odometer statements) Submit paperwork to PennDOT or authorized agents Maintain records of titles, registrations, and related documents Handle lien releases and payoff documentation Communicate with customers, banks, and dealerships regarding title issues Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania state laws and dealership policies Track and follow up on pending titles or discrepancies Process duplicate titles, corrections, and notary-related documents About Us Seneca Ford stands as a cornerstone of the automotive industry, dedicated to providing exceptional vehicles and unparalleled service to our community.
