Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience specifically in Automotive Title Processing.Licensure:
Valid State Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management databases.Compliance:

We are seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at Piazza Auto Group. This is a high-level administrative role responsible for managing complex title processing, ensuring 100% accurate documentation, and providing expert-level service to our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert on legal procedures related to vehicle titles, supporting the dealership's operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.Core Responsibilities Title Management:
Process and prepare vehicle titles, registrations, and ownership transfers accurately and efficiently.Research & Verification:
Conduct deep-dive research on title status, lien information, and ownership history using various databases and tools.Compliance:
Ensure all transactions adhere to applicable laws, including real estate law principles where they intersect with vehicle titling.Liaison Services:
Collaborate with customers, law offices, and government agencies to resolve complex title discrepancies.Record Keeping:
Maintain meticulous, audit-ready records of all title transactions.Deal Processing:
Efficiently process car deals and manage all associated legal paperwork.Regulatory Monitoring:
Stay current on all changes in title processing laws to ensure ongoing dealership compliance.Job Type:
