Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in compliance, training, automotive sales, finance, title, or title work preferred Valid Driver's License Experience and knowledge of federal and state compliance regarding vehicle sales and finance Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Internet browsers

Responsibilities:

Updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags and Privacy Notices Focus on internal audits to reduce risks Updating of dealership and sales licenses (PALS), banking licenses, criminal histories, PAA certifications, Dealer Agent Service system Maintain records for DOT Point contact for employees for Reynolds Updating Reynolds system with form and information relating to the variable operation Manage and provide support to our variable platforms including, but not limited to, VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, Ally Travel to all Ciocca Automotive Dealerships What we offer: Full time - Monday through Friday PTO and holidays 401(K) retirement plan with company matching The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash At Ciocca Automotive, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
