Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Title Officer to join an Arizona team. This role is responsible for examining, preparing, and reviewing commercial title files while working closely with Escrow Officers, surveyors, and underwriters to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities Examine and service commercial title files, including reviewing objection letters and preparing responses Prepare proforma policies and proforma endorsements Communicate effectively with Escrow Officers to support commercial transactions Review surveys and coordinate directly with Surveyors as needed Review recordings and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Review, finalize, and distribute title policies Attend underwriting seminars and meetings as appropriate Communicate underwriting issues with underwriters and maintain positive working relationships Stay current on underwriting guidelines, statutes, and procedural changes, and communicate updates internally Create and update exceptions and requirements as underwriting procedures or statutes change Qualifications & Requirements Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must have extensive Arizona Transaction experience though you need not be based in AZ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with title production software preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Commercial title experience strongly preferred
