Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Part-Time Dealership Administrator to manage dealership administrative operations with a focus on accounting, title processing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to keep operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Process vehicle titles, registrations, lien releases, and DMV paperwork accurately Manage deal jackets and ensure contracts are complete and funded Post deals in dealership DMS and verify profitability Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts, schedules, and accounting reports Manage inventory records, costs, and floorplan accounts Track receivables, lender funding, and customer balances Assist with month-end closing and reporting Ensure compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations Communicate with lenders, customers, vendors, and DMV offices Maintain organized digital and physical recordsQualifications:
Previous automotive dealership administrative experience required Strong knowledge of dealership accounting and title processing Experience using dealership DMS strongly preferred Knowledge of DMV/title procedures, including out-of-state deals Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSchedule:
Part-time hours with flexible scheduling available.Compensation:
