Responsibilities Provide expert support and guidance on vehicle titling and registration processes to customers and internal team. Provide expert support and guidance on vehicle titling and registration processes to customers and internal team. Process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates in compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee fleet registration renewals for all 50 states, maintaining accuracy and compliance with state regulations. Build and maintain relationships with customers, tag agencies, state DMV offices, and third-party vendors. Research and resolve title discrepancies, missing documentation, and compliance issues promptly. Process replacement registrations, duplicate titles, and plate requests. Coordinate vehicle registration transfers between states. Manage title processing for vehicle terminations, transfers, and ownership changes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and databases. Qualifications Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset with confidence to ask questions and resolve issues. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
