Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Title Processor for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting residential real estate and homebuilding transactions in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a title professional with 1 to 2 years of residential title processing experience who enjoys reviewing title documentation, coordinating closing-related items, and helping files move efficiently toward closing readiness. This opportunity offers a structured training period, a remote work arrangement after initial training, and the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance. Candidates will work with a collaborative title and closing support team that values accuracy, communication, follow-through, and strong working relationships with lenders, internal teams, and third-party partners. Key Responsibilities Order, download, review, and track title searches and related documentation for residential real estate transactions. Request and input lender title requests, manage revisions, and issue title commitments. Order and monitor surveys, estoppels, prior policy requests, and documentation needed for closing. Review mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, legal descriptions, plat books, maps, contracts, and agreements for title accuracy and potential issues. Identify encumbrances and required actions needed to help clear title and support closing timelines. Prepare, issue, audit, and maintain title policies, records, reports, and file documentation.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$19 to $20 per hour. Temporary assignment with possible temp-to-hire conversion based on performance.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Work arrangement:
Remote after approximately 1 to 2 weeks of in-office training. Candidates must live near the Orlando, FL office location and be available for required in-office visits.
