Job Purpose:
The Title Support role is responsible for assisting title examiners and other team members by preparing documents, managing data, and helping ensure that title files are accurate and complete. This role plays an important part in keeping files on schedule, maintaining communication between departments, and supporting the delivery of high-quality title commitments and policies.Key Responsibilities:
Open new title orders and enter customer, property, and legal description details into the production system. Organize and track incoming title search results, abstracts, and supporting documentation. Assist in preparing and formatting preliminary title commitments, supplements, and final policies. Communicate with internal departments, lenders, real estate agents, and county offices to request or follow up on documentation. Scan, label, and file electronic and paper documents accurately. Review file checklists to ensure all required items are present for examiner review. Maintain deadlines and task tracking within the title software system. Assist with corrections, updates, and administrative tasks as directed by the Title Manager or Examiner. Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.Requirements:

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in an administrative, real estate, or legal support role preferred. Experience in title or escrow support is a plus—training will be provided.Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Dependable and proactive with a customer service mindset.Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with title production systems (e.g., SoftPro, ResWare) is a plus. Comfortable learning new software tools and using document management systems.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Background check required.Benefits:
