ISN is seeking a Title Clearance Coordinator to support property disposition activities through the review and resolution of title and survey-related issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in title processing, closing coordination, and property records review, with the ability to identify and resolve issues affecting property marketability and conveyance. These services are for residential and commercial real property.
Key Responsibilities:
Review title reports, surveys, legal descriptions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Identify title defects, encumbrances, liens, or other issues affecting property marketability. Coordinate corrective actions required to resolve title issues and clear exceptions. Communicate with attorneys, title companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate title resolution activities. Maintain accurate records of title review findings and resolution efforts. Ensure all title documentation complies with applicable legal and operational requirements. Support property closing and disposition processes through coordination and document management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in closing coordination, title processing, escrow support, or real estate transaction management. Experience supporting federal seizure and forfeiture operations. Knowledge of title review processes, legal descriptions, surveys, and property conveyance procedures.
