Office/Yard Help

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office/Yard Help to with office clerical work including vehicle intake.

Responsibilities Vehicle Intake & Logging:

Document incoming vehicles by recording mileage, taking photos of the condition, and logging the exact location within the lot.

Personal Property Management:

Inventory, remove, and securely store any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Notify owners of their items and oversee the redemption process.

Vehicle Release & Redemptions:

Verify legal ownership and identification when debtors, lenders, or auto auctions arrive to pick up or redeem the vehicles.

Lot Organization:

Safely drive, park, and rearrange vehicles within the yard to maximize space. Typical Work Environment Works is usually fast paced and physically demanding, taking place at a secure outdoor vehicle storage lot. Workers are often exposed to varying temperatures. Strong attention to detail combined with good communication skills will help ensure accuracy in all tasks performed. Requirements:

Background Check:

Clean criminal and driving records are usually required, as this role involves dealing with secured properties and financial assets

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
