Title Examination Support

Valley Land Title Co. is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Examination Department team. As a member of the team, you will handle title commitment updates, input data from incoming orders and handle other various related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Commitment Typist. Prepare and review runsheets for update requests. Add or delete information on title commitment. Upload to the digital file the updated commitment. Review orders and contracts received and input into production program. Obtain plat, vesting deed and tax information and upload to the digital file. Work with VLTC staff, attorneys, lenders, title agents for any information needed. Assist at front desk with answering phones and assisting customers during noon hour.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in the title industry field. Possess a positive and helpful attitude when assisting work partners and customers. Willingness and ability to learn. Strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Typing experience with accuracy is required. Previous customer service experience needed. Excellent verbal and communication skills a must. Must have excellent work attendance history. Be outgoing and friendly. $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
