Responsibilities Manage and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Pay off customer loans to aquire titles traded to the dealership Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to ensure smooth office operations Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Experience in dealership environments is highly desirable Administrative experience combined with strong phone etiquette and organizational skills will support daily office functions.
