Full Job Description Title & Registration Administrator Location:

Salt Lake City, UT. This is an on-site position.

Compensation:

$50,000 annualized salary We're looking for a Plates & Registration Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our fleet compliant and operational by managing vehicle titles, plates, and registrations across multiple jurisdictions. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure processes run smoothly, records stay accurate, and timelines are met. Beyond day-to-day administration, you'll help improve and scale our registration processes—bringing organization, visibility, and efficiency to a critical part of our operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What you'll do: Manage the titling and registration of fleet vehicles across multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with DMV personnel and third-party registration vendors. Coordinate closely with Account Managers, Fleet Operations, and customers regarding vehicle plating processes. Track and monitor each vehicle throughout the registration and plating lifecycle. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records related to vehicle titles, plates, and registrations. Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders on the status of vehicle registrations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of all processes. Participate in Plates Team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Support special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed. What we're looking for: 2+years of titling and registration experience. Experience with the Utah

DMV VADRS

system is a plus. Degree in Business Administration a plus. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc. Valid driver's license. High degree of initiative, perseverance, and self-reliance. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset aligned with Kingbee's values. Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
