Licensed Title Agent

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced settlement agent and title insurance producer to join our team at a boutique real estate settlement company in Leesburg, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to underwrite and close primarily commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in real estate settlement services, title underwriting (particularly commercial), escrow services, and customer service. Ideal candidates will be able to work and communicate with commercial clients, brokers, and attorney teams with poise, sophistication, efficiency, and a strong customer service focus. Qualifications Licensed title producer in VA (or ability to activate/reactivate within 30 days). Active title producer licenses in MD and DC a bonus. Proven experience in real estate settlement and escrow services combined with familiarity with processing and closing commercial real estate transactions. Significant experience working in title insurance production, including title insurance underwriting. Excellent drafting and writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under deadlines. JD or paralegal qualifications extremely helpful for commercial transactions but not strictly required. Attorneys encouraged to apply, with salary offered flexible for attorney candidates.

Processing, underwriting, title production, and closing primarily commercial real estate transactions for land in Virginia, DC, and MD. We specialize in complex commercial transactions but handle transactions of all kinds, residential and commercial.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
