Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Title Clerk - Receptionist to join our dynamic team! This pivotal role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will create a welcoming environment while efficiently managing office tasks. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help drive our office's success and foster a professional, friendly atmosphere. Duties Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage front desk operations with enthusiasm Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and provide excellent customer support Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents Support office management tasks as assigned Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting administrative projects A Title Cleark is an administrative professional responsible for legally transferring ownership of vehicles. Process titles on a daily basis along with interacting with various county's and states. Will need to become a notary Requirements Proven experience in front desk reception or office administration with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple lines efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Experience with office management software with similar bookkeeping programs is a plus Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're ready to bring your positive energy, organizational expertise, and passion for customer service into a rewarding role that keeps our office running smoothly!
