Full Job Description SUMMARY:
The Administrator of Operations at Holy Family oversees all aspects of daily operations and ensures the highest quality of care for the Sisters. This role fosters a respectful, mission-centered environment that supports aging in place with dignity while coordinating staff efforts to meet residents' needs. The Administrator serves as a key liaison among the animator, staff, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. In addition, the Administrator of Operations directs all operations, upholds policies, and practices that promote excellence in care and operational effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONS
The Administrator of Operations of Holy Family should have a thorough awareness of the needs of aging populations. The individual in this role must demonstrate professionalism, respect, tact, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work effectively across multiple departments while managing moderate levels of stress are essential. A deep respect for the Catholic faith, a commitment to gospel values, and alignment with the mission of the Sisters of Divine Providence are required. Although not required a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.EXPECTATIONS
Be able to work evenings and weekends based on operational requirements. Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative- Collaborates closely with the Holy Family Animator to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provides supervision and coordination with Department Directors to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Safeguards the confidentiality of all personnel files and the Sisters' medical records.
- Collaborate with HR Director and Department Directors to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures of the facility
- Communicate policies and procedures effectively to staff and other concerned parties
- Maintains consistent, professional communication with Department Directors to support departmental needs.
- Represents Holy Family in interactions with external agencies
- Partners with the HR Director to ensure all departmental staff receive appropriate safety training. Personnel
- Works with HR Director to recruit and orient new directors
- Works collaboratively with the HR Director to develop and/or review job descriptions for Department Directors.
- Conducts scheduled performance evaluations for Department Directors
- Reviews staff performance evaluations completed by Department Directors to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee monthly departmental schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels of qualified professional and auxiliary personnel at all times.
- Fosters a positive, professional, and mission-aligned work environment that reflects the values of Holy Family.
- Provides leadership and mentorship to staff in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and daily operations of Holy Family.
- Collaborates with the HR Director to oversee in‑service education, on‑the‑job training, and orientation programs for all departments.
- Works with the Health Care Director to ensure the resident's care plans are completed, updated, and implemented appropriately.
