Job Description:
The personal assistant to the Real Estate Broker, Sheila Bailey. Possible job duties may include (but are not limited to): Data entry for clients in our many databases Communicating with leads via email, phone, and in person Answer emails Manage Buyer backlog Data Entry and Tracking of Expenses Canva /
Facebook Advertising Great Organizational and Communcation SkillsRequired Skills:
Basic computer literacy and proficiency with email and web browsers Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask Basic computer troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
Strong background working with computers Familiar with graphical design and basic photo editing Familiar with
FlexMLS, RealGeeks, and Boomtown, Canva, Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$15.00•$25.00 per hour
