Responsibilities Verifying insurance benefits for prospective Milestone Addiction Treatment clients. Conducting and completing pre-assessments. Receiving and managing phone calls and inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referrals. Fulfill after hours schedule by answering and managing phone calls outside regular business hours and days. Conduct follow up phone calls with clients, families, and referral sources. Maintaining professional relationships with entities outside of Milestone Addiction Treatment. Maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs Collaborate with ownership to set and achieve goals/KPI's Maintain an organized CRM and schedule. Qualifications Experience in sales or customer service is preferred Experience in Healthcare or healthcare adjacent fields is preffered Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in data entry for maintaining records Knowledge of behavioral health or related fields is a plus Ability to communicate persuasively and build rapport with potential accounts This position offers opportunities for rapid career growth and development in the substance abuse counseling industry.
