Admissions Coordinator - Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking an organized and motivated Admissions Coordinator to join our team at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center near Glen Ridge, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating patient admissions and building relationships with referral sources.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 annually

DOE Responsibilities:

Manage incoming referrals and coordinate the admissions process Review referral documentation and enter information accurately Verify insurance and assist with authorizations as needed Communicate with hospitals, case managers, and internal teams Maintain organized referral and admissions records

Qualifications:
